1. Use of the Site

You may not “crawl,” “scrape,” or “spider” any portion of the Site (through use of manual or automated means).

2. Ownify Proprietary Rights

The Site, including all of its contents (including, text, images, audio, and the HTML used to generate the pages) (“Content”), are the property of Ownify or that of our suppliers or licensors and are protected trademark, copyright, and/or other intellectual property laws. You may not download, copy, print, display, perform, reproduce, publish, modify, prepare derivative works from, license, transmit, or distribute any Content from this Site in whole or in part, for any public or commercial purpose, without prior written consent from Ownify. Ownify grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Site, and to use the Content, solely for personal, internal and non-commercial purposes. Ownify (on behalf of itself and its suppliers and licensors) reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.

Without limiting the foregoing, as between you and Ownify (or other companies whose marks appear on the Site), Ownify (or the respective company) is the owner and/or authorized user of any trademark, registered trademark, logo, and/or service mark appearing on the Site (the “Marks”). Nothing on the Site should be construed to grant any license or right to use any Ownify Mark You may not use or exploit any Marks without prior written consent from Ownify.

3. Privacy Policy

The Site may contain a feature that permits you to provide us with your name, email address, phone number, and geographic location where you're interested in home buying or investing, and other related information, which may include your employment and financial status, your investor accreditation, and your plans to purchase a home, invest in a home, or invest in a Fund (your “Information”). We will only use your Information to communicate with you regarding Ownify and its products and services, and to assess your eligibility regarding potential opportunities related to the home buying and investment preferences you've expressed; if you do not want to receive communications from us, please click the “unsubscribe” link in any such message or reply “STOP” to any text message.

We may disclose your Information to our service providers and partners (including those who send emails on our behalf), to the extent necessary for them to provide services to you or us. Ownify will also collect information during your visit to the Site through automatic data collection tools, including cookies, such as your IP address and clickstream behavior. Ownify may freely use this information for its business purposes, and may disclose such information, in a form that does not personally identify you, to any other person or entity. Ownify may also share any information (personally identifiable or otherwise) it may have collected if Ownify believes it is necessary to (a) comply with law or court order or (b) protect and/or defend Ownify's rights, safety, or property, or those of any other person or entity. The Site is not directed to children and if you are under 13, you may not provide Ownify with any personally identifiable information about you whatsoever. If Ownify discovers it has collected any personally identifiable information regarding a child under 13, without verifiable parental consent in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, Ownify will immediately delete such information.

4. How we communicate with you

By submitting your contact information on any Ownify form, you expressly consent to receive communications from us and our authorized representatives by text message (SMS or MMS), Telephone calls, which may include AI-assisted or pre-recorded voice calls, Email messages related to your inquiry, application, investment, or homeownership journey. These communications may include information about your eligibility, application status, or account updates, investment options, scheduling or follow-up on appointments, and educational resources or homeownership opportunities with Ownify. You agree that these communications may be made using an automated dialing system or pre-recorded/artificial voice technology, in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations.

By providing your mobile number, you agree that Ownify may send you periodic SMS or MMS messages containing but not limited to important information, periodic investor or homebuyer updates, communication from our Customer Service and Investor Relations team, and reminders about upcoming calls with our team. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply respond “STOP” to any text message. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply. You agree to notify us of any changes to your mobile number and update your account with us to reflect this change. NO ADVICE, RESULTS, INFORMATION OR MATERIALS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SITE OR THE SLACK CHANNEL WILL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY MADE HEREIN. 8. General Information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to the conflicts of laws provisions thereof. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with these Terms, you hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts of the State of Delaware. The failure of Ownify to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated, to the minimum extent necessary, so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. You may not assign these Terms or transfer any of your rights or obligations hereunder without Ownify's express written consent. These Terms inure to the benefit of Ownify's successors, assigns and licensees. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Ownify with respect to the subject matter herein.
