We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

Payment data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you choose to make purchases, such as your payment instrument number, and the security code associated with your payment instrument. Social media login data. We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, like your Facebook, X, or other social media account. We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. If you interact with us on a social media platform using your social media account (e.g., Facebook or X), we receive personal information about you from such platforms such as your name, email address, and gender.

The Google Analytics Advertising Features that we may use include: Remarketing with Google Analytics, Google Display Network Impressions Reporting, and Google Analytics Demographics and Interests Reporting. 5. Do we offer artificial intelligence-based products?
As part of our Services, we offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies (collectively, "AI Products"). The terms in this Privacy Notice govern your use of the AI Products within our Services.
Use of AI technologies
We provide the AI Products through third-party service providers ("AI Service Providers"), including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Perplexity. Your input, output, and personal information will be shared with and processed by these AI Service Providers.

Our AI Products are designed for the following functions:

- AI bots
How we process your data using AI
All personal information processed using our AI Products is handled in line with our Privacy Notice and our agreement with third parties.
6. How do we handle your social logins?
Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details (like your Facebook or X logins). The profile information we receive may vary, but will often include your name, email address, friends list, and profile picture.
We will use the information we receive only for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice. We do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider.
7. How long do we keep your information?
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than six (6) months past the termination of the user's account.
8. How do we keep your information safe?
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, no electronic transmission or storage technology can be guaranteed 100% secure.
9. Do we collect information from minors?
We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18, or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to their use. If we learn that we have collected personal information from users under 18, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data. 10. What are your privacy rights?
Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw consent by contacting us using the details in "How can you contact us about this notice?" below.
Opting out of marketing and promotional communications: You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails, replying "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to our SMS messages, or contacting us.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.
Account information
If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can log in to your account settings and update your user account. Upon request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases.
Cookies and similar technologies: Most web browsers accept cookies by default. You can set your browser to remove or reject cookies, though this may affect certain features.

11. Controls for Do-Not-Track features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.
California law requires us to let you know how we respond to DNT signals. Because there currently is no industry or legal standard, we do not respond to them at this time.
