1. Online training (~30 minutes)
Walk through the Ownify model, our zero-debt fractional ownership program, how cash offers help your buyers win, and the agent workflow from referral to close. Self-paced video modules with downloadable cheatsheets.
2. Short assessment (~15 minutes)
A 20-question multiple-choice assessment that confirms you can confidently explain Ownify to buyers and listing agents. Pass with 80% or higher. Retake any time at no cost.
3. Get accredited and listed
Add the Ownify Accredited Agent badge to your profile, get listed in our public agent directory, and start receiving pre-qualified, application-complete buyer referrals in your market.

Who can apply
Eligibility for Ownify accreditation
- Active real estate license in good standing in Colorado, North Carolina, or Tennessee.
- Affiliation with a licensed brokerage that allows you to represent buyers on residential transactions.
- At least one closed buy-side residential transaction in the last 24 months (or equivalent mentorship if newly licensed).
- Willingness to complete annual accreditation refresh and follow Ownify's buyer-referral guidelines.
