Why we built Ownify
Rising home prices, increasing mortgage rates, high down payments and student debt make buying your first home harder than ever. The truth is, Ownify exists because we were part of the problem.
We met while working in the real estate and mortgage industries. We were focused on the corporate bottom line. Frank built mortgage-pricing software, Ben had run a mortgage lender and was buying hundreds of homes every month for a rent-to-own company. We saw how hard it was for homebuyers to navigate a system stacked against them. That's why we started Ownify™ — reimagining the path to homeownership to make it achievable for you.
